Why it suits occupied facilities
One site visit replaces repeated measuring trips. A single technician handles the capture, which keeps outside personnel out of sensitive areas. The scanner is non-contact, so it never touches a surface.
We can schedule scans during off-hours or in sections to work around 24/7 hospital operations.
Working within your protocols
Our team is trained in healthcare containment protocols. Technicians wear PPE as your facility requires, follow its infection control procedures, and keep a minimal footprint.
What the scan shows
The model reflects what the scanner sees. It does not see through finished ceilings or walls, but when ceilings are already open during demo, we can capture exposed structure and systems before they are covered back up.
What you receive
- A registered point cloud with an accuracy report
- A 360° photo walkthrough, so your team can revisit the space from their desks
- A Revit model, if your project needs one
Our LiDAR scanning page covers the full deliverable set and process.
Where it fits
This work suits design teams on phased, occupied, infection-controlled renovation projects, and facility teams that need an accurate record of existing conditions.
Where we work
We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and regularly take projects in Gainesville, South Florida, and across Georgia. For the right project, the scanner travels.
Can you scan while the facility stays open?
Yes. That is the normal case. We plan the scan around your operations and can work during off-hours or in sections.
How many people come on site?
A single technician handles the capture.
Do you follow our infection control requirements?
Yes. Technicians follow your facility's procedures and wear the PPE it requires.
